banned from zazzle forum

lol...so i woke up and did my usual.  Check my emails and zazzle account.  THen I usually look into the forums and see whats happening.

Well, for some reason, all i got was a white screen, so i figured the forums were done.  So i waited, and then waited some more, and waited even more.

ok, this is not typical for zazzle to be down so long so i checked on twitter and found out the forums are fine and that i am probably banned.

BANNED!!!!!1  that cant be, i am always respectful,, but i dont usually post anyway, just read.   So im sure it was a mistake.  I decided to contact zazzle to find out what is going on.

Here are my corrospondance:

me: hi, i have not been able to access the forum. Someone mentioned that i might of been banned, but I dont feel that is it i do not cause any problems, so wondering if there is a problem on your end or mine?

me:  not sure what this means. "Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support center. Below is a summary of your request and our response."
you requested my IP address which i gave, and the responce i got back  was "Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support center. Below is a summary of your request and our response."
so im not sure what the response is in regards to my IP address.

30 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  its just a matter of going into the computer and switching it.   I really do find this a little over the top.  It wouldnt be so bad, but i love reading the 'promote' forums as it helps me sell my products.

Plus, there are affliates that post and say "post your blah blah blah and i will post it and try to sell it."  so the forums for me at zazzle are really important.    I cant believe it could take up to 30 days.
can you tell im a little pist off right now?...lol

Plus, they dont tell you that your banned, they just dont give you access.

    1. They are also deleting posts left, right and center. Balls to zazzle. If they can't keep a friendly relationship with their shopkeepers, screw 'em. I've had enough and am looking for an alternative. They deleted a post I made earlier and that for me is a big no, no. It is way out of line.

  2. Happened to me today. I was told by zazzle that I could "feel free to post in the forums" after I posted a complaint that they deleted. I posted it again and they banned me from the forums within a few minutes. What a great company. Thank you Zazzle for getting too big for your britches and becoming CafePress, Jr.

  3. They banned me also I think. All I did was mildly complain that they should be updating their guide files with all the new products.

  4. Just happened to me and I've got smoke coming out of my ears. They claim to have documented proof. Well I know did not abuse the forums, in fact, I don't post that often at all!
What's more, I get the impression that they don't know the difference between an IP address and an 'account. Duh. I can still sign in from another IP address or through a proxy. One changes whenever the service provider chooses and your lease is up. I'd have to unplug for a whole day to change it. And I checked and my ip was not blacklisted anywhere.
What's worse: this is an American company that apparently doesn't see the need to present their so called proof. Well, if there was a virus or bug in my system (and I know my mac hasn't got one) how would I know? How would I know if my account was hacked without any information? What is this 'guilty until proven innocent with no chance to prove yourself?
